Privacy notice

This notice covers the guest survey and rewards at The Lodge Steak & Seafood, 1 Diagorou St, Kato Paphos, Cyprus.

What we collect

• Your name and email address, so we can send your code and voucher.
• Your phone number and birthday, only if you choose to add them.
• Your survey answers, so we can improve our menu and evenings.
• Whether you want news from us, and when you gave consent.

Why we use it

To verify your email, issue and check your dessert voucher, and understand what our guests enjoy. If you tick the news box, we also email you about new cuts, events and birthday treats. Survey totals shown on screen never include names.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for up to 24 months after your last visit or reward, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.

Who can see it

Only The Lodge team. Your details are stored securely with our service providers in the EU and are never sold.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or stop marketing emails, at any time. Reply to any email from us, call +357 96 677 288, or ask at the restaurant. You can also complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
